Bronze Level Sponsor

Thursday Reception
Includes a VIP area.

Wednesday Reception
Located at the Marshall’s Pavilion.

Keynote Speaker
Sponsor will introduce the keynote.

Golf Beverage Cart
Recognition of this sponsorship will be displayed on the golf cart as a splash screen and a sign on each golf cart.

Golf Balls
Each player will receive a sleeve of 3 golf balls with the sponsor logo.

Lunch Meal Function
This includes a 22 x 28 sign with the sponsor logo.

Conference Lanyards
The sponsor logo and the SPS Health logo proudly displayed on the Summit lanyard.

Coffee Cup Sleeves and Coffee Breaks
Includes 1000 customized paper sleeves imprinted with sponsor’s logo will be available during continuous coffee service breaks.

Golf Towel
Each golfer will receive a golf towel with the sponsor and SPS Health logo.

Breakfast Meal Function

Lunch offered to the golfers before they tee off. This includes a 22 x 28 sign with the sponsor logo.

Conference Tote Bag
Tote will feature your company name/logo prominently. It will contain all educational/promotional materials provided to all attendees.

Golf Hole/Closest To Pin/Longest Drive Sponsorship
This includes a sign with the sponsor logo at hole.

Conference Tote Bag Insert
Ensure that your company’s message is brought to attendees’ attention by having us insert your flyer or brochure into every conference tote bag.

Turndown Service
A letter from the sponsor with a piece of chocolate will be placed in each attendee’s room along with turndown service.
